Donation Policy

Thank you for your generous support of Helping Hands: Health and Human Services, America. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation (EIN: 39-2538152), all donations are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law.

How Donations Are Used

Your contributions directly fund healthcare delivery, health education programmes, and community outreach for refugees and marginalised communities in Nepal. A minimum of 85% of all funds raised go directly to programme activities.

Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Recurring Donations

Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time by contacting us directly at info@hhamerica.org.

Donation Receipts

A donation receipt for tax purposes will be sent to the email address provided at the time of giving.
